The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with various government departments, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects and compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and local authorities. Liaise with clients to ensure timely communication, project updates, and issue resolution. Facilitate approvals, permits, licenses, and clearances from relevant government departments. Represent the organization at government meetings, hearings, and other external forums. Monitor changes in government policies, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the company’s operations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with government and client requirements. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to authorities and clients. Maintain records of all liaison activities and communication for future reference and audits. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in government and client liaisoning, preferably in the EPC or infrastructure sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of government protocols and procedures. Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Willingness to travel as required.
