ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Process Design & Development: Design and implement BPM workflows using Bonitasoft and Camunda based on BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards. - Automation & Integration: Develop and integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs). - BPM Implementation: Configure business rules, user tasks, service tasks, and connectors within BPM platforms. - API Development: Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs for seamless system interactions. - Performance Tuning: Optimize BPM workflows for scalability, reliability, and high performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product owners, and business analysts to understand automation needs and implement solutions. - Testing & Deployment: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of BPM solutions in on-premise and cloud environments. - Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in BPM development and deployment.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in BPM development with a strong focus on Bonitasoft and Camunda. - Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow automation. - Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, or Python. - Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP APIs, and microservices architecture. - Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server). - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BPM deployments. - Experience with authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, LDAP). - Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in BPM applications.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with BPM platform migrations (e.g., migrating from Bonitasoft to Camunda). - Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven automation. - Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms for BPM. - Camunda or Bonitasoft certification
