Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content strategy. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience in service marketing, handling email marketing campaigns, client engagement programs, social media ad managing & PR works. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
