Fault diagnosis using systematic approach of engine management/control systems. Troubleshooting the equipment as and when required with minimum turnaround time. Escalating any service issue to Service Manager for any unresolved technical issues. Follow up the new spares parts with Material Management and return of defectives to Material Management in defined timeframe. Responsible for the service revenue collection in the form of AMC, Additional Warranty, consumables, and sales of spares Providing weekly reports to Service Manager on regular basis. Ensuring having adequate hand tools to carry out duties to work in safe and organized way, keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organized. Take full responsibility for the quality of your work, as an unsupervised representative of the Company, Ensure that all actions are compliant with the quality, safety standards and Company standards. Conduct self in a manner, which maintains and enhances working relationship with customer and where possible, capitalize on any networking opportunities to promote the Company and its services. When not travelling, will be required to assist with general workshop duties Collection of marketing information about the competitor, Customer related information and sharing to Service Manager in regular intervals. Complete all paperwork such as time sheets and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner. Education: B. Tech/B.E Experience: 8 - 10 Years Candidates with experience in Outboard Petrol engines are preferred.
