Job Description: Sales Coordinator Location: Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and dynamic Sales Coordinator, to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi. Prior experience in dealing with the manufacturing industry will be considered an added advantage.Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. - Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services. - Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions. - Organize meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team. - Prepare and monitor sales reports, targets, and performance metrics.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous. - Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be highly valued.
