This job involves identification of new customer value propositions that can then be converted into product offerings to support growth of Digital banking business of the Bank. To own, plan, develop, market and set up new / existing products for clients / prospective clients of the Bank and measure the performance of the products after launch.Overall Job DescriptionA. Product management and development:o Create app strategy, product plans and road-maps to grow the business by identifying, analyzing and recommending newer markets, products and business streams.o Design, optimise and develop the user & engagement journeys end to end, across the bank using the latest technology levers availableo Work with Head of Product to identify, target Industry segments, collect and analyze feedback from sales team, lateral teams and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end productso To work with growth & marketing teams to develop the marketing strategy, collateral and branding for products. Conceiving and driving contests for sales incentives, cross sell and productso To get the development, marketing and distribution of the product, to monitor and measure the performance of the products after it is launched. Assume end to end ownership of the producto Create and review product requirements documentso Support in growth and driving the innovation agenda of Digitall product teamo Work with the engineering team to ensure the end to end and timely delivery of the producto Create wireframes, and work with the UI/UX team to ensure a stellar customer experienceB.
