Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Product Owner/Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our airline products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading product roadmaps, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the dynamic airline industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, a passion for aviation, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.Responsibilities:Visionary Leadership:• Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals and addresses the evolving needs of airline customers.Product Roadmap and Strategy:• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.Product Development :• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Stakeholder Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including airline partners, customers, and technology vendors.Airline Industry Expertise:• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the airline industry, including passenger experience, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting:• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the airline industry.• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the airline industry.Years Of Experience –10+ years
