Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Agile Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality learning content—videos, presentations, documents, assessments, interactive content—with fast turn-around times using AI-powered tools and software. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, drafting, creating, and editing content that align with our client’s Learning & Development (Training) objectives for their International Markets.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of workflow and skills related content development in an agile fast-paced environment like media or creating content for social media platforms e.g. YouTube. The candidate should have knowledge of storytelling, MS PowerPoint, and AI video creation-editing tools. If you are passionate about content creation, storytelling, with the possibilities of harnessing AI in learning content production, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualization and Content Drafting: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and Client to- Brainstorm content ideas and develop creative concepts - Draft content e.g. scripts, storyboard for videos, presentation contentContent Development: Create engaging content using AI-assisted tools.- Content Format: Create content in the required content format Videos, PowerPoint Presentations and Documents: - Visual Design: Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video appeal. - Audio Editing: Ensure high-quality audio by editing and mixing sound effects and music. - AI Tool Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI -based creation tools and techniques.Quality Assurance and Collaboration- Ensure all content meet quality standards through rigorous quality checks and refinements. - Collaborate with subject matter experts, markets, and other stakeholders to align on content needs and objectives. - Contribute to cross-market communication and knowledge sharing to drive consistency and innovation.Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.Qualifications:- Any Bachelors degree in (preferred Film Production, Visual Communications, Media Studies, or a related field). - Years of experience: at least 5 Years in a role involving video generation, creation of short format video content, micro learning modules with short development time, engaging PowerPoint Presentations. - Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content. - Familiarity with AI-assisted video creation tools such as Synthesia, Pictory, Descript, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Bonus Points:- Experience with SCORM Content creation - Experience in Learning & Development domain - Experience in Automotive domain
