General Administration & Facility Management2. Real Estate Solution & Project Management - Setting up of new offices / shifting of existing offices, office space sourcing, negotiations, liaison with landlord, interior / fit out work, agreement execution/renewal, renovation and refurbishment within given time frame and budget, procurement of assets and leased line, broadband, telephone connections etc.3. Vendor Management & Development4. Travel Desk - PAN India flight, hotels and cab booking5. Liaison & Compliances6. Budgeting7. Guest House setup and ManagementThis position requires extensive travelling and longer stays at project sites.
