Associate HRIS AnalystDo you love working with HR systems and employee data and keeping all the details straight? We are looking for an Associate HRIS Specialist to join the HRIS team at We.The Associate Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist will be responsible for all day-to-day data processing and entry of employee lifecycle events (hires, separations, transfers, data and pay changes) utilizing the Workday HR System. The Associate HRIS Specialist will manage employee records, prepare and distribute reports using HRIS/Office technology, and support employees with understanding HR processes and procedures while ensuring proper authorizations and data standards are maintained. This role also participates in HR/HRIS related projects and system upgrades. The role holder shall be based in Delhi, India and report into the Director of Global HR Systems based on the US West Coast.Job DescriptionProcess employment-related data into Workday in a timely and accurate manner; including hires, status changes, compensation changes, transfers, conversions, promotions or assignment changes, leave information, terminations, and corrections. Partner with Global HR team members to ensure employee transactions are communicated and/or entered in a timely manner. Extract data and reports on an ad-hoc and recurring basis, format/manipulate data in Excel, and share with appropriate audiences. Maintain employee records/files utilizing DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and uploading/storing files in the Workday system. Ensure data from recruiting system (Greenhouse) is accurate for seamless delivery into Workday. Perform audits of HR systems data and make necessary updates. Assist in the maintenance of training documentation which is used to train employees globally. Use a variety of technologies and software programs, such as Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Learn, interpret, and communicate multiple HR processes and procedures to the team on a global scale. Provide excellent customer service to employees. Works independently and takes initiative to identify opportunities to help the team and to identify process improvements.Minimum/Preferred Requirements:2 – 3 years of experience working within the Human Resources field preferred. 1 – 2 years of experience learning and utilizing a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) required; Workday preferred. Experience accurately entering data and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel); Teams proficiency preferred. Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required in order to partner effectively with internal stakeholders, update and maintain process documentation and ensure accurate reporting. Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information required. Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle events . Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations preferred. Able to work in a global organization while balancing multiple priorities.
