We’re Hiring – Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing) Location: Remote (India – Initial 3 months), preferably Hyderabad Immediate Joiners Preferred At Calibur Integrated Solutions, we’re expanding our talent team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter or Sr. Recruiter who is passionate about helping top talent find their next big opportunity in the U.S. IT market.Key Responsibilities:Market and place IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC) with tier-1 vendors and direct clientsStrong network with implementation partners, staffing vendors, and hiring managersEnd-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for bench candidatesExpert in job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databasesNegotiate rates and close deals effectively with vendors and clientsMaintain active communication with candidates during marketing and post-placementWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 4+ years of bench sales or US IT recruiting experienceDeep understanding of tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAble to work independently, remotely, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be target-driven and proactive in consultant placements
