Job Summary: Kryolan Cosmetics India seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and promote our professional makeup products in North East India. This role focuses on building relationships with authorized sales partners, makeup professionals, salons, and other key clients to boost brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about makeup, possess a strong understanding of the beauty industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including makeup artists, salons, and retail partners, to drive sales growth and brand loyalty. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking within the cosmetics and retail industry throughout the North East region. Effectively present Kryolan's product offerings to customers, providing product knowledge and demonstrations. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing a well-organized sales pipeline. Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, sharing valuable insights with management. Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional promotional campaigns, product launches, and events. Represent Kryolan at trade shows and industry events, promoting products and networking with potential clients. Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor the supply of products to our authorized sales partners, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels. Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing sales performance, activities, key events, and market observations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry, preferably with a focus on makeup products. A strong passion for makeup, a deep understanding of beauty trends, and knowledge of professional makeup application techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the North East region.
