Job Title: Project Coordinator and Trainer Reporting To: Education Manager CTC: As per Industry StandardsJob Overview:To coordinate end to end activities related to the specified education project/s of the organization, including mobilizing students for admissions, data management, student follow up, home visits when necessary, attendance and related activities; to collect testimonials, success stories and work in close coordination with the Center In charge to provide the best of the learning environment and experiences for the students; to work in accordance with priorities, time limitations or other specifications provided by the management.Job Description: Project: ● Coordinate project planning and processes for Udaan and other education projects after taking consensus from management ● Conduct end-to-end project specific initiatives/tasks on behalf of the organization ● To ensure that the student intake strength is as per the norms and make necessary arrangements to facilitate the beginning of the Project ● To work towards timely beginning and completion of the project and prepare project/batch schedules for each course along with other team membersOperations: ● Coordinate with other internal teams for various needs like HR, IT support, Centre operations and admin needs ● Coordinate with management, operations, impact teams and the Centre In charge to achieve org goals at Centre level ● To collect fees from the beneficiary/students if any and maintain records of the same ● Follow up of students regarding attendance and fees. Create WhatsApp groups and monitor ● To coordinate with all stakeholders- students, families, schools regarding successful running and completion of the project ● To organize and conduct PTMs and other such related meetings ● To collect written and video testimonials from the beneficiaries ● To represent DBM to external stakeholders (partners & institutions) to drive the project objectivesQuality: ● Monitor batch progress and course correct with consensus from management for any deviation ● Adhere to accounting processes and compliance of the organization ● Monitoring of attendance and participation of the beneficiaries/students in the projectTraining: ● Skillfully conduct the training sessions related to any projects ● Measure the impact of training on students ● Make sure of regular attendance for trainings ● Design the course content of the training if and when necessaryAlumni: ● Conduct regular classes with Alumni students and monthly alumni meet ● Maintain record of regular engagement with Alumni students ● Collect testimonials/videos and pictures of all eventsReporting: ● Periodic report of batch progress ● Data entry on drive regarding complete information about beneficiaries/students and the project as specified from time to time by the ManagementSkills & Abilities ● Efficient communication skills and the ability to reach out to youth ● Hard working, sincere and highly motivated ● Ability to communicate with the students as well as with the parents in multiple languages like English ,Hindi & Marathi ● Ability to work in a team and take instructions from superiors ● Passion to align oneself with the organizational goals and vision ● Supervision of the classes as well as activities, events ● A person with high integrity, discipline and professionalismWorking Conditions: ● 8 hours, 6 days a weekSalary as per industry standards
