Join us!What you'll do:- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for Klook India and the Middle East to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Development, central marketing, Legal) to ensure alignment of campaign goals and objectives, driving operational efficiency and smooth execution. - Possess strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand campaign executions (ATL/BTL), ensuring campaigns are optimized across all channels for maximum reach and impact. - Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and optimized resource utilization for better operational efficiency. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize and enhance campaign results in real time. - Work with internal and external teams for creative development, media planning, and production, ensuring seamless coordination to meet campaign goals. - Track and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to refine strategies for future campaigns and ensure operational effectiveness. - Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and revenue goals while adhering to budget constraints. - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with the CRM team to integrate customer data, ensuring personalized communication and improving customer retention through targeted campaigns.What you'll need:- 5-7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management, ideally in the travel, e-commerce, or tech industry. - Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and scaling them across markets. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and drive operational efficiency. - Knowledge of CRM systems and experience integrating customer data into campaign strategies to drive personalization, engagement, and retention. - - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
