Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the product on the market, the first clients, and sufficient runway.We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a robust background in Figma, rapid prototyping, and innovative UI/UX design. This role demands a creative thinker who can brainstorm new products, design intuitive interfaces, and contribute significantly to the development of user-centric solutions in the field of AI and B2B financial information and services.Responsibilities UI/UX Design:Design aesthetically pleasing and highly functional user interfaces using Figma. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. Rapid Prototyping:Quickly translate ideas into visual artifacts and iterate on feedback to refine product designs. Product Ideation:Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new products or features that leverage AI to enhance business information reporting. User Research:Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. Apply this knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Collaboration:Work closely with design partners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals. Design System Management:Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product suite and streamline the design process.Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills. Expertise in Figma and other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Experience with rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of applying these principles in various projects. Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
