Zupee is all set to transform from a fast-growing startup to a firm contender for the biggest gaming studio in India.ABOUT THE JOBRole: Manager – Data AnalyticsResponsibilities:• Lead and mentor a team of Data analysts.• Work with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analyticalmethods as needed.•Develop compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the strategic goals ofthe organization.• Monitor and forecast key business metrics.• Identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal.• Design, run and measure experiments in A/B Framework to test business hypotheses.• Expedite root cause analyses/insight generation against a given recurring use case throughautomation/self-serve platforms.Requirements:• 5-8 years of experience in analytics/data science or a related field.• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics,Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like SQL, Python,Excel, Tableau etc.• Ability to directly implement solutions and see them in action; critical partner for all decision-making in the organization.• Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks.• Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems.• Exposure to challenging problems across multiple domains.•Interact with people from various backgrounds – Marketing, Product, and Finance.•Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
