We serve 8 of the top 10 global banks by working alongside their product and sector teams and supporting them in deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at Evalueserve:Develop an understanding of the client’s BAU processes Conduct training sessions for new joiners, large groups, and complex/diverse products and processes Troubleshoot queries from the team as an SME Design and create training material in collaboration with the Research Management Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on complex topics, addressing large groups Quality check the work done by the team Extract reports from systems and run basic analyses Provide basic MIS reporting Provide Client Interaction Logging support Provide on-demand Research Operations SupportWhat we’re looking for3 - 7 years of training experience, preferably in investment research (equity or credit research) Understanding of investment research (equity or credit research) workflow Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
