We specialize in one-on-one online classes across various subjects, ensuring quality education for students worldwide.Job Overview:We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong background in managing one-on-one online classes. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and enhance student-teacher coordination to ensure seamless class delivery. They will also play a crucial role in student retention and upselling courses to maximize engagement and business growth.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling, execution, and quality control of one-on-one online classes. - Teacher & Student Coordination: Manage onboarding, training, and engagement of teachers while ensuring students' requirements are met. - Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in scheduling, tracking, and feedback collection. - Technology & Platform Management: Work closely with the tech team to improve the platform’s features for better class delivery. - Quality Assurance: Monitor class performance, gather feedback, and drive initiatives to improve teaching standards. - Issue Resolution: Handle escalations related to scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, and teacher-student concerns. - Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance metrics (attendance, satisfaction, completion rates) and present insights to leadership. - Retention & Engagement: Implement strategies to improve student retention, ensuring high course completion rates. - Upselling & Renewals: Identify opportunities to upsell additional courses or higher-tier programs to existing students. - Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines for online education.Requirements:- Experience: 4+ years in operations, preferably in online education with a focus on one-on-one classes. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using LMS platforms, CRM tools, and scheduling software. - Strong Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with teachers, students, and internal teams. - Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills to handle operational challenges. - Process-Oriented: Experience in streamlining operations and implementing best practices. - Sales & Customer Success Mindset: Experience in retention, upselling, or subscription-based business models is a plus. - Team Leadership: Ability to manage and guide a team of coordinators and support staff.Preferred Qualifications:- Background in EdTech, Online Tutoring, or E-Learning platforms. - Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or other online class tools. - Experience in customer/student success management.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing EdTech company. - A dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.
