Candidate should preferably be a KMP in a mid-size listed company or second in command in a large listed company. This role requires the incumbent to possess expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and board secretarial functions.Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and Policies framed thereunder Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR and PIT Regulations. Handle Board and General Meetings Prepare Agendas, Minutes & conducting meetings Prepare Annual Reports Statutory filings with ROC & Stock Exchange Stock exchange intimations and compliances Manage interactions with ROC, RD, SEBI & Stock Exchanges Work closely with law firms, Secretarial Auditors, Statutory Auditors and PCS Familiar with the process of IBC, NCLT, Mergers, etc. Co-ordinate with various departments, gather inputs, and ensure timely preparation of Annual Report.
