Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager – Offline Sales to lead and expand Cellecor’s sales operations in Siliguri and surrounding areas of North Bengal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offline/channel sales within the consumer electronics space, with a solid understanding of local markets and dealer networks. Key Responsibilities Lead the offline sales function across Siliguri and North Bengal region. Manage distributor and dealer relationships, ensuring channel growth and profitability. Drive secondary and tertiary sales through efficient territory planning and market coverage. Implement local trade marketing activities, promotions, and product launches. Monitor competitor activity and share actionable insights to stay ahead in the market. Oversee branch operations including stock management, collections, and team coordination. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and support staff. Track sales performance and report key metrics to regional leadership. Ensure brand visibility, in-store execution, and retail engagement. Candidate Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in offline/channel sales in consumer electronics, mobile devices, or durable goods. Strong knowledge of the North Bengal market, including Siliguri and nearby regions. Proven leadership experience managing field teams and dealer networks. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
