The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in software testing and AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI solutions.Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of AI models and algorithms.Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve system performance.Conduct performance testing and analyze results to optimize AI solutions.Provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.Required Skills & Qualifications:Masters’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Tester or similar role, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Familiarity with Google CCAI Agent Assist and related technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a related field.Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.Knowledge of cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
