Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our remote product team for a fast-scaling healthcare platform built using .NET Core APIs and React frontend. You will work closely with the product manager, developers, and QA to gather, define, and validate requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations.Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for the platform • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, React developers, and .NET backend team to ensure product alignment • Conduct stakeholder meetings to capture feedback and ensure expectations are met • Track project progress and proactively highlight risks or delays • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Coordinate with QA to verify feature completeness and user acceptance • Maintain up-to-date documentation, workflows, and wireframes • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements where necessaryRequirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment • Experience working with RESTful APIs, preferably built on .NET Core • Good understanding of React-based frontend architecture • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart • Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS platforms is a plus • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environmentNice to Have: • Experience writing technical documentation or API contracts • Familiarity with HL7/FHIR or healthcare data exchange standards • Knowledge of agile delivery processes (Scrum/Kanban)
