With a focus on transparency, strategy, and measurable impact, we support campaigns across Google, Meta, and other major platforms. We are expanding our team and looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to drive results for our clients.What You'll Be Doing:Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Work closely with content and creative teams to launch high-impact campaignsMonitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTRConduct audience research and develop targeting strategiesPrepare clear, insightful reports and present findings to clients or internal stakeholdersStay informed about platform changes, trends, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketingStrong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business SuiteAnalytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing dataStrong project management and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote team
