We are passionate about creating something unique, innovative, and big from India for global customers.About the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) to join the Founder’s Office, working directly with Lucidity’ Tech co-founder, Vatsal. This is a highly technical and strategic role where you’ll solve diverse technical problems, engage with partners and customers, and influence product direction.You’ll be expected to evaluate new partnerships, validate technical integrations, and work across multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive Lucidity’s roadmap forward.This is an ideal opportunity for a cloud generalist who is strong technically, excellent at communication, and thrives in a high-growth startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSolve diverse technical problems, including compatibility evaluations (e.g., integrating Lucidity’s autoscaler with third-party systems.Evaluate technical compatibility and drive technical partnerships with major players for joint GTM efforts.Perform technical assessments and solution design for initiatives including launching of Lucidity’s new product lines. Engage directly with customers and partners to understand technical requirements and craft tailored solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences.Translate real-world customer problems into actionable requirements for the product and engineering teams.Represent Lucidity externally in strategic meetings, technical discussions, and partnership evaluations.Lead deeply technical workstreams involving public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), such as architecture reviews, performance benchmarking, and advanced integrations.Must Haves4–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).1+ year of Technical Solutions Architect or equivalent customer facing solutions/architecture experience.Strong communication skills — ability to confidently engage with customers.Strong ability to understand complex customer environments and craft tailored solutions.Exposure to deep tech, cloud infrastructure, or B2B SaaS environments.High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.Good to HavePrior experience influencing product/engineering decisions based on customer interactions.Familiarity with enterprise cloud adoption journeys and cloud optimization solutions.Customer-facing experience in high-growth startup or SaaS environments.Background working in a CTO’s office, Founder’s Office, or strategic technical role.What We OfferOwnership of a critical function at one of the fastest-growing infra SaaS startups.High-growth, high-autonomy environment with a direct impact on GTM outcomes.Transparent, founder-led culture with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making.Competitive compensation + ESOPs with significant upside.Work from home | Flexible hours | Unlimited leaves.
