At Black Diamond Media, we aspire to create timeless stories that connect with hearts and minds. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Production Manager, located in New Delhi. The 3D Production Manager will oversee the entire 3D production process, from concept to final output. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining the quality of all 3D outputs. The role also involves problem-solving, team management, and handling communications to ensure project specifications and expectations are consistently met. Qualifications Strong project management and team leadership skills Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, or similar tools Experience in scheduling and managing production timelines Excellent organizational and communication skills Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Previous experience in 3D animation production is a plus Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
