BDM - US Staffing (IT) - Work from Home in USA EST hours - Remote Experience : 5 - 15 Locations: : REMOTE Job Description : 5 to 15 years of experience in Business Development of US IT Staffing and RecruitmentProven track Record in new business development and account management of direct as well as Tier-1 clientsShould be Efficient in identifying new business opportunities with Direct Clients, Integrators & Primary VendorsMust have some existing relationships with US Clients.Expertise with establishing new service agreements with ClientsPenetrate target accounts and call to appropriate decision-makers through Telesales activities.Qualified candidate will be doing direct sales in the IT staffing industry including prospecting, cold calling, generating leads and client presentations within a professional business to business sales organization.Build accounts for contractor/direct placement staffing needs and provide ongoing support.Maintain strong LinkedIn connections and a professional social media presence.Relationship building with decision makers to gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants.Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team.Benefits:Work Schedule:Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST, India night shift, with weekend availability if needed.
