In this role, you will customize and integrate Zoho applications that help our clients achieve digital transformation. The ideal candidate wants to solve hard problems, and is proficient in Zoho’s suite of tools, including Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, and has hands-on experience with Deluge scripting and API integrations.ExpectationsYou have a stable internet connectionYou work from a noise-free environmentKey ResponsibilitiesZoho Development: Design, develop, and integrate Zoho apps, automations, and modules tailored to customer needs.Deluge Scripting: Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, custom functions, and data processing within Zoho platforms.Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, UX designers, and other developers—to translate business requirements into effective Zoho solutions.Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Zoho implementations, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.Monitoring: Ensure that logging works in our solutions and that these are monitored continuously, so that we can react to any issues at the earliest possible time.Plan & Execute: Plan projects together with project managers and colleagues, keep Jira boards up to date, report on status in daily standups, and meet deadlines.Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation, best practices, and coding standards for Zoho application development.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho application development.Proficiency in Deluge scripting and deep understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.Experience with RESTful API integrations and working knowledge of related web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to work remotely in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsZoho certifications.Prior experience integrating multiple Zoho applications (such as Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Books).Experience with integrating telephony, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to Zoho applications.Automated testing of Zoho applications and interfaces.Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker).Experience with version control software (e.g., Github).Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.Benefits & PerksFully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with performance incentives.
