From trendspotting to collabs to behind-the-scenes creator stories, CollabX will be the go-to destination for brands and creators alike.We're looking for a creative, internet-savvy Social Media Intern who can help us grow this presence through content, community, and collabs.Key Responsibilities:Create thumb-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn & more—Reels, carousels, memes, stories—that resonate with creators and marketers.Plan and execute collaborative Reels and interviews with influencers across niches—think BTS, creator tips, viral formats, and expert soundbites.Work directly with influencers to ideate and co-create content that showcases their journey and aligns with CollabX’s brand voice.Research and stay on top of the latest trends, platform updates, creator moments, and viral sounds to plug into content.Assist in scripting, planning, and coordinating interviews and creator features.Write sharp, engaging captions, hooks, and copy that drive saves, shares, and DMs.Support the creation of a monthly content calendar and help schedule/manage posts.Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and growth—and optimize content accordingly.Contribute creative ideas for community engagement and creator spotlights.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, media, communications, or similar fields.A natural content creator or social media geek—you live on Reels, follow top influencers, and know what’s trending today.Confident communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to influencers and conducting short-form interviews or on-camera Q&As.Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools for quick content edits.Has a strong aesthetic sense, a witty writing style, and a good grasp of Instagram & LinkedIn culture.Bonus: You’ve managed a content page or personal brand before—or would love to build one.What you can expect:Work closely with one of the most exciting influencer marketing teams in India.Direct access to creators and the chance to shape a growing brand’s voice.Freedom to experiment, ideate, and own projects end-to-end.Flexible work hours, remote-friendly, and a high-learning creative environment.Paid internship with potential to convert into a full-time role.Ready to make content that creators can’t stop sharing?
