You’ll manage day-to-day communications, oversee timelines, and ensure that every project is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. This is a client-facing role for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about great work and great relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted partnerships.Manage end-to-end campaign/project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, briefs, and budgets.Collaborate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure the work aligns with client objectives.Prepare and present client decks, status updates, and reporting documents.Handle client feedback, internal revisions, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.Assist in proposal writing, budgeting, and upselling services when appropriate.Maintain organized records of project assets, contracts, and communications.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination—preferably within an agency or marketing environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, or other project management platforms.
