Our solutions span across the customer life cycle of Customer Acquisition, Customer Services, Transaction Processing, Collections & Accounts Receivables Management and Research & Analytics.We develop reliable and scalable solutions for essential business processes, consecutive with industry best practices and supported by a robust technology infrastructure, proprietary tools, strong human resources and transition.Analytics and Data Science Delivery LeadRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Delivery Leader for Analytics and Data Science who can manage programs, from conceptualization to execution, across various domains including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Forecasting, Experimental Design, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Data Visualization.Below are some of the core responsibilities associated with the role :Delivery :End-to-end delivery of Data Science Projects, POCs and other form of engagementsImplement and enforce best practices in model development, data processing, and deploymentEnsure efficient resource allocation, effective budget management, and adherence to project timelinesLead discussions with leadership to align business objectives, project plans, and address challenges proactively.Provide both functional and technical leadership to guide and mentor the team effectivelyConsulting :Identifying Analytics opportunities across client and internal operationsAssessment of Data & Tech readiness for deploying Analytical solutionsPreparing roadmap in terms of people, tools and capabilities that would be required for developmentPre-Sales :Providing Delivery inputs (technical approach, pricing and implementation roadmap) for client RFPs/RFIsBuilding demonstratable capabilitiesMandatory Qualifications & Skills15+ Years of experience in Core Analytics and 5+ Years of experience in leading Analytics ProgramsExpert in Machine Learning Tools & Methodologies (such as Regression, Classification, Forecasting etc.)Expert in delivering projects in Natural Language Processing and allied areasExposure to Deep Learning frameworks such as Keras, Tensorflow etc.High degree of familiarity with at least one of the Cloud Technologies (e.g. – Azure, AWS, GCP etc.)Exposure to at least one of BI Stacks – Power BI/TableauHands-on experience across Python & SQL for Analytics developmentExperience in popular deployment methodologies and MLOps principlesExperience in conducting statistical tests and designing experiments for causal inferencePreferred SkillsFamiliarity with Generative AI solutions leveraging proprietary and Open-Source toolsExperience in developing and deploying Computer Vision solutionsFamiliarity with Data Engineering tools and methodologies (ETL, Data Pipelines etc.)Knowledge of Healthcare (Provider & Payer) & BFS Industry will be advantageous⚠️ Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
