We are expanding and looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and manage our internal team of recruiters.Key Responsibilities:Lead, hire, and manage a team of recruiters.Assign daily and weekly tasks aligned with team hiring and business development goals.Ensure recruiters meet sourcing and placement targets consistently.Ensure team meet business development targets consistently.Monitor recruiter performance and offer continuous coaching and performance feedback.Maintain a high-performance culture with a focus on outcomes.Collaborate with the leadership team to plan workforce strategy.Implement tools and systems to improve team productivity and efficiency.Drive accountability, transparency, and motivation across the recruitment team.Requirements:Recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a U.S.-based executive search or staffing firm.Proven ability to manage recruiter performance and hire A-level recruitment talent.Familiarity with performance-based compensation structures.Deep understanding of the U.S. hiring landscape, compliance, and sourcing strategies.Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Comfortable working in a results-oriented, remote-first environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.Are available for work from home from 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST with own Laptop.What We Offer:Competitive performance-based salary + Benefits and bonuses.Remote work flexibility.Opportunity to grow with a scaling company.Transparent and entrepreneurial company culture.Your performance based Earning Opportunities:You'll be paid Rs 10,000/- for every placement you made along with your team – your contribution to our team's success is highly valued.Reliable monthly income ranging from Rs 35,000/- to Rs 40,000/-, tailored to your experience and expertise.Comprehensive Benefits Package:Significant Annual Bonus: Receive a 10% bonus on your total annual Placement earnings, recognizing your consistent performance.Family Health Insurance: We care about your well-being.
