We are currently seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to join our team at our Dehradun office.Role Overview:As an MCT at SGSN Associates, you'll lead technical training sessions on Microsoft technologies, empowering professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s evolving IT landscape.Key Responsibilities:Deliver Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses across cloud, security, and productivity solutions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform).Conduct live, hands-on sessions and workshops for individuals and corporate clients.Customize training plans to align with business needs and learner profiles.Stay updated with Microsoft certification paths and curriculum changes.Support trainees with certification preparation and post-training guidance.Qualifications:Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status.One or more current Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-500, PL-900, DP-203).Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant training experience.Desirable Skills:Experience with virtual training delivery platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).Strong understanding of Microsoft certification ecosystem.Ability to develop supplemental training content and materials.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance incentivesSupport for certification renewals and skill developmentPositive, growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to contribute to impactful training initiativesApplication Process:Send your resume along with proof of MCT status to info@ with the subject line: MCT Trainer – Dehradun.
