Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that mattersJob Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake & Matillion)Location: [India "Remote"]Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Matillion ETL.Manage and optimize Snowflake data warehouses, including schema design, performance tuning, and security configurations.Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure efficient delivery.Develop and maintain documentation for data workflows, transformation logic, and architectural decisions.Implement data quality checks, data governance policies, and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data infrastructure.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL, performance tuning, and user/role management.Proficient in Matillion ETL, including job orchestration, transformation components, and API integrations.Solid understanding of data modeling, ELT processes, and cloud data architectures.Strong programming/scripting skills in SQL, Python, or Shell scripting.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
