We are Hiring- Commercial Vehicle Loans & Working Capital-GoaJob Profile: Commercial Vehicle Loans & Working Capital-GoaPosition: Commercial Vehicle Loan & Working Capital SpecialistExperience: Minimum 2 years-5 yearsEducation: Graduation / Post-Graduation in any streamJob Description:The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the commercial vehicle loan portfolio, assessing working capital requirements, and ensuring smooth loan processing while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify potential customers and generate leads for commercial vehicle loans and working capital finance.Build and maintain relationships with transporters, fleet operators, dealers, and financial intermediaries.Loan Processing & Credit Assessment:Evaluate loan applications, analyze financial statements, and assess creditworthiness.Conduct risk analysis and recommend suitable financing solutions.Ensure due diligence, proper documentation, and compliance with lending norms.Customer Relationship Management:Provide financial advisory services to customers on vehicle financing and working capital management.Address customer queries and concerns related to loan approvals, disbursements, and repayments.Collection & Risk Management:Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and reduce delinquency.Work with the collection team to recover overdue payments and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).Market & Competitor Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.Provide insights and feedback to improve loan products and customer offerings.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of commercial vehicle financing and working capital solutions.Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan underwriting.Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts.Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.Preferred Industry Experience:Banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions specializing in vehicle and business loans.Experience in fleet financing, SME lending, or asset-based lending will be an advantage.If interested please share your profile with us- amit.haria@
