Key ResponsibilitiesCDP Orchestration & Audience ActivationDesign and implement CDP solutions that integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, POS, web analytics, mobile apps)Orchestrate audience activation across various channels and platforms to enhance customer engagementConfigure real-time audience segmentation for personalized customer experiencesImplement and optimize data flows between marketing platforms and activation channelsMonitor and optimize CDP performance to ensure data accuracy and timelinessAudience Strategy DevelopmentPartner with marketing and business teams to create actionable audience segments based on behavioral and demographic dataDevelop first-party data strategies that improve key metrics like customer retention, lifetime value, and engagementAnalyze audience performance and provide recommendations for optimizationIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through strategic audience targetingCreate documentation for audience taxonomy and segmentation methodologiesTagging Implementation & ManagementLead the implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager across all digital propertiesDesign comprehensive tagging strategies that capture relevant user behaviors and interactionsImplement custom JavaScript solutions for tracking complex user journeys and interactionsQA and troubleshoot tagging implementations to ensure data accuracyCreate and maintain data layer specifications aligned with business requirementsDevelop and document standard operating procedures for tag managementAnalytics & ReportingConfigure analytics tools to capture meaningful customer journey insightsBuild dashboards that visualize customer behavior and segment performanceAnalyze campaign effectiveness through audience response metricsGenerate actionable insights from customer data that drive business decisionsProvide regular reporting on audience engagement and retention metricsData Governance & Quality MonitoringImplement and maintain data governance frameworks for customer data across platformsDesign and execute data quality monitoring processes using Snowflake or MySQLCreate automated data validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer dataDevelop documentation for data lineage, definitions, and business rulesCollaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulationsSet up alerts and monitoring systems to detect data anomalies in real-timeEstablish data cleansing and enrichment processes to maintain high-quality customer profilesConduct regular audits of data collection methods and integration pointsQualifications & SkillsRequired3-5 years of experience in web analytics implementation and tag management.Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.Hands-on experience with at least one major CDP platform.
