With a rapidly growing international customer base, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (eCommerce) in India to oversee daily logistics, customer support, retention marketing, and fulfillment operations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that supports both backend operations and front-end customer experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for an Operations Manager (eCommerce). You will oversee day-to-day operational functions across customer support, order fulfillment, returns, email marketing, and delivery logistics. You will collaborate with international teams across supply chain, brand, and tech to ensure smooth workflows and outstanding customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong systems thinking, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience in eCommerce or DTC operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the customer support team, ensuring fast and helpful service (Zendesk or equivalent)Coordinate with warehouses and fulfillment partners for global order dispatch and returnsMonitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and restocking schedulesOptimize retention-focused email marketing flows (Klaviyo or similar)Cost optimizationDevelop internal SOPs for operations, fulfillment, and supportAnalyze order and shipping data to identify delays or improvement areasEnsure compliance with local and international shipping regulationsImprove the customer journey across pre-purchase and post-purchase touchpointsReport key metrics such as fulfillment rates, CSAT/NPS, first response time, and refund ratesQualifications3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or DTC customer experienceStrong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify), support tools (Zendesk), and retention tools (Klaviyo)Familiarity with supply chain workflows and 3PL coordinationExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetStrong written and spoken English communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems at oncePrior experience working remotely across global teams preferredWe Offer:Competitive salary package (₹100,000/month)Remote-first work culture and flexible hoursInternational exposure and cross-functional collaborationHigh-impact role with autonomy and leadership opportunitiesFree skincare products and early access to launchesCellexia is part of Consumer Innovation AG, a global consumer goods group committed to excellence in science-backed personal care.
