About the job role QAI UK is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven “Business Executive – Skilled Talent Employment” to our growing team in India. In this key role, the selected candidate will focus on employer and recruiter engagement across India and selected international markets, supporting our mission to connect skilled, certified talent with meaningful employment opportunities worldwide. As part of this role, the selected candidate will take full ownership of building and nurturing partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry stakeholders to generate continuous demand for skilled professionals certified through NSDC – Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) Portal. This is a fast-paced and highly impactful role, central to the success of our employability and placement initiatives. The position is suitable for those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young professionals and contributing to workforce development at scale. Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly targets for employer acquisition, job roles secured, and revenue generation. Promote QAI’s skill development and certification programmes as a source of high-quality, job-ready talent and secure hiring commitments and MoUs for QAI-trained candidates, certified through NSDC-SIDH Portal. Monitor workforce trends and demand hotspots across India and international destinations such as Australia, Canada, GCC countries, Germany and selected other European Countries, Japan, USA and UK. Identify, approach, onboard employers and recruiters and secure job opportunities in India and overseas. Maintain a pipeline of valid and active job orders, thereby support the placement ecosystem Understand sector-specific job role expectations and translate them into actionable demand for training and placements. Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with national and international decision makers such as Directors, CHROs, HR heads of employers, Staffing agencies, and Manpower consultants. Share insights with the internal team to align training and curriculum with current hiring needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners post-onboarding. Represent QAI at industry events, job fairs, and strategic meetings, as required Maintain CRM and provide weekly progress reports to senior management. Key Requirements 2–5 years’ experience in Business Development, B2B partnerships, Recruitment sales, or Employer engagement in Skill development, Recruitment/staffing, SkillTech, EdTech, or Workforce consulting Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
