This hybrid role blends architectural design understanding with high-end 3D visualisation capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a refined design sensibility, an architectural background, and an expert eye for photorealistic rendering.This is a full-time, on-site position in Gurugram, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven studio working on prestigious global projects.Responsibilities:Develop stunning, high-quality architectural visualisations using Lumion, integrated with other design software.Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into compelling 3D stills, walkthroughs, and concept visuals.Work closely with the design and architecture teams to translate ideas into accurate and emotionally engaging visual narratives.Manage end-to-end rendering production for presentations, competitions, and marketing materials.Contribute to the early-stage design process by visualising concepts in real-time and supporting iterative design development.Organise and maintain an evolving visual library, textures, and Lumion assets.Occasionally support graphic communication for design boards, mood presentations, and digital storytelling.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization and design, preferably in an architecture or design firm.Proficiency in Lumion is essential — both technical and artistic mastery expected.Strong foundation in 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds Max.Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools for post-production.Understanding of spatial composition, lighting, camera angles, and material detailing.Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or collaboratively within a team.Desirable Qualities:Architectural design experience in hospitality, master planning, or residential projects.Familiarity with real-time rendering tools, VR workflows, or animation software is a plus.A sharp eye for aesthetics, detailing, and storytelling.Passion for innovation and design-driven environments.Our Values:Intelligent Innovation – Leveraging technology with purpose and precision.Confident Simplicity – Distilling complex design into timeless, elegant spaces.Crafted Designs – Celebrating detail, environment, and cultural context.Soulful Humanity – Creating spaces that evoke emotion and foster connection.Terms & Application:Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience and skillset.StudioKIA is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional meritocracy.Please send your CV, portfolio, and any relevant material to hiring@.Subject Line: YourName-3DVisualiserArchitect
