You will take part in the design and development of advanced applications primarily for the Android platform, and for the right candidate also iOS. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, great UX, and rock-solid architecture.At Appvestor, we develop cutting-edge software solutions used by app developers around the world. You'll become part of an international organization with clients and partners across the globe — and a culture that values both quality and innovation.Your main responsibilities will include:Designing, building, and maintaining advanced mobile applications, mainly for AndroidIntegrating a variety of SDKs and third-party librariesWriting clean, maintainable, and testable codeUnit testing for robustness and reliability across edge cases and usage scenariosIdentifying and fixing bugs, and continuously improving app performanceWe expect you to bring:Solid experience with Kotlin and Java (Android), and optionally Swift or Objective-C (iOS)A deep understanding of mobile SDKs, permissions, and APIsExperience with location services, push notifications, and offline storageFamiliarity with architecture patterns like MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similarProficiency with Git, code review, and collaboration tools like Jira and ConfluenceExperience using CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, CircleCI, or GitHub ActionsStrong debugging and testing skills (unit tests, UI tests, automation)A good sense of UX flow and platform-specific design principlesWho you are:A great communicator with a collaborative mindsetComfortable working closely with designers, PMs, and QASelf-driven, structured, and eager to contribute to technical discussionsPassionate about staying up to date with mobile trendsWilling to mentor and share knowledge with junior developersWhat we offer:You’ll be part of our Indian team, working closely with colleagues in Denmark.
