Job Designation: Research and Development Team LeadResponsibilities and Duties:Lead the ideation and development of innovative, hands-on activities and experiments in Science and Math for Grades 1 to 9.Research and design cost-effective, eco-friendly materials for creating educational activities.Collaborate with the curriculum and production teams to align activities with academic objectives and standards.Prototype, test, and refine activities by engaging with students and teachers in schools.Develop detailed instructional manuals and shoot instructional videos to support the activities.Conduct teacher training sessions to ensure the effective implementation of developed activities in classrooms.Maintain a strong focus on design aesthetics and usability while ensuring activities are engaging and student-friendly.Work cross-functionally with other departments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Physics, or related fields such as STEM education or Engineering.Proven knowledge of product development.Additional experience or knowledge in STEM education.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in prototyping, testing, and iterative design processes.
