Event & Experience ConceptualizationDesign and propose engaging, thematic event concepts tailored for premium banking customers.Align event themes with customer psychographics, seasonal trends, and key business objectives (acquisition, engagement, retention).Benchmark with global premium banking experiences to bring in innovation.2. Strategic Planning & CalendarizationDevelop an annual and quarterly experience calendar in sync with the bank’s marketing and business plans.Collaborate with analytics, alliances and customer insights teams to create targeted experience opportunities.3. Stakeholder CollaborationWork with internal business teams to understand customer segments and goals.Coordinate with execution partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure feasibility and brand alignment of the proposed experiences.4. Experience Design DocumentationBuild detailed experience briefs including objectives, customer personas, desired outcomes, content flow, brand tonality, and key touchpoints.Develop presentation decks for internal buy-in and leadership approvals.5. Measurement & ROI AnalysisDefine success metrics and feedback mechanisms for each curated experience.Post-event, collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate effectiveness and customer response.Ideal Candidate Profile:5–8 years of experience in experience design, customer engagement, luxury events, or brand activations.Background in luxury, banking, hospitality, or premium retail brands preferred.Strong storytelling and creative visualization skills.Understanding of HNI/affluent custoweamer behavior and lifestyle trends.Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
