Max Healthcare is looking for seasoned resource with over 18 years of experience preferably in projects pertaining to the Healthcare Industry. The MEPF engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the plumbing, electrical, Mechanical and fire fighting aspects of the Project. Candidate should have deep understanding of MEPF design and execution of MEPF works in the construction phase. Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management : Lead MEPF-related aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and well-coordinated project delivery. 2. Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise in the execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and incorporate the latest technologies into the project. 3. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during construction to ensure MEPF systems meet specified standards and regulations. Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations and implement corrective measures. 4. Safety Oversight : Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 5. Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising system performance or safety. 6. Communication : Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction of all stakeholders. Ideal Candidate:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any other equivalent.Knowledge of local, international codes and standards and should have executed atleast 3 projects from the initiation stage to close out stage pertaining to MEPF works.About the CompanyMax Healthcare Institute Limited ("Max Healthcare") is one of India’s largest healthcare organizations.
