If you can sell excitement, this is your stage.You are expected to: ● Shape the game plan – Be a key voice in crafting bold, effective sales strategies that drive real results. ● Spot the gold – Uncover new business opportunities and boost efficiency by embracing fresh tech and smarter ways of working. ● Build legendary relationships – Connect with venues and promoters, keep the convo flowing, solve problems fast, and make sure they love working with us.● Own the room – Lead and contribute to sales meetings with ideas that matter and energy that inspires.● Team up & level up – Collaborate with regional sales teams and share insights that help everyone win.● Keep it classy – Handle client info with total professionalism, trust, and care.What You’ll Be Doing● Build strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and casual check-ins.● Negotiate and close new deals with confidence.● Show off your product know-how to effectively present AllEvents’ platform and services.● Drive growth by increasing event listings, ticket sales, and adoption of new features.● Create tailored sales and marketing materials that speak to different audiences.● Explore and map the full potential of AllEvents’ client base.● Collaborate closely with Client Support and both local and regional teams.● Keep all client info and activity up-to-date in Salesforce.What You Need to Know (aka Tech & Talent Checklist) ● Proven sales experience in the event, ticketing, or related industry—bonus points if you’ve already got connections with promoters, organizers, or venue owners. ● Familiarity with the AllEvents platform and tools (a plus, but not a dealbreaker).● Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.● Top-notch communication and people skills—you know how to talk and listen. ● A proactive multitasker who stays cool under pressure and juggles multiple projects like a pro.● Strong written and verbal skills in the local language, plus solid English chops.You (a.k.a.
