Ensure exceptional in-store experience by understanding customer needs and providing relevant product recommendations.Store Operations: Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory handling, stock replenishment, and adherence to SOPs. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the store team to achieve performance KPIs. Step in for the Store Manager when needed.Customer Engagement: Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Build customer relationships and loyalty through CRM tools and follow-ups.Reporting & Analysis: Support in preparing daily sales reports, footfall analysis, and tracking fast- and slow-moving products.
