From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in 2014, to becoming India’s leading on-demand convenience platform today, our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers, but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees.Key Responsibilities: Track and report key business metrics through dashboards, scorecards, and performance reviews Lead Special Projects in collaboration with the CEO’s Office and Business Unit: Support in identifying and prioritizing focus areas and strategic initiatives. Track daily progress on business priorities and escalate issues proactively. Support CEOs office to drive actionable insights and recommendations with BU teams Partner with teams to implement and monitor high-impact business decisions. Bring a structured, data-backed lens to strategic planning and execution. Coordinate with analytics and MIS teams for data validation and reporting using SQL, Excel, and BI tools Analyze business performance to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making Identify and monitor key KPIs aligned with business goals Streamline recurring analyses and reporting through automation or self-serve solutions. Drive cross-functional initiatives by ensuring alignment, follow-through, and timely execution.
