This role requires ablend of Agile expertise, leadership skills, and stakeholder managementto ensure high-quality project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Agile Delivery Defineclear project scopes , developrealistic timelines , and manageend-to-end project execution . Leadmultiple high-visibility projects , ensuring they meetquality, scope, and timeline objectives . DriveAgile ceremonies , track sprint progress, and ensure seamless delivery usingJIRA and Agile methodologies.Stakeholder Management & Governance Act as theprimary liaisonbetweencustomers, engineering teams, and leadership , ensuring transparent communication and alignment. Manage project risks, governance structures, and ensureregulatory compliancewithinLife Sciences & Manufacturingprojects. Collaborate closely withEngineering Pre-Validation, Product Management, and Services & Support teamsto ensure project success.Team Leadership & Process Optimization Lead and mentor2-3 Agile teams , fostering acollaborative, high-performance culture . Identify andremove impediments , resolve conflicts, and optimize team performance through Agile best practices. Championcontinuous improvement , refining Agile methodologies and drivingoperational excellence .Technology & Implementation Expertise Overseeenterprise-scale software solutions , with a preference forERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing technologies. Ensuresmooth integration of AI-driven business intelligence solutionswithin enterprise systems. Work closely with technical teams ondata-driven decision-making , leveragingSQL, ETL, and Data Warehousingmethodologies.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein a relevant field. 10- 12 yearsof experience inenterprise software project management , preferably inAgile environments . 5+ yearsof experience leadinglarge-scale software or web development projectsin high-tech industries. Experience inLife Sciences, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing software solutionsis a plus.Project & Agile Methodology Expertise Deep understanding ofAgile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)and software development lifecycle models. Ability to managemultiple projects with interdependenciesin a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience withJIRAand other Agile project management tools.Technology & ERP Experience Strong background in managingERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)OR expertise incomplex technology stacks . Understanding ofdata management, SQL, ETL pipelines, and system integrationsis highly preferred. Proven ability totranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions .Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Exceptionalcommunication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills . Strong problem-solving mindset with aproactive approach to risk management .
