We are looking for leaders to join us in this mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to build a strong sales pipeline.Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with key decision-makers within CHS, C&I, and SolarPro segments to understand their unique energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.Education & Consultation: Educate prospective clients on the long-term benefits of switching to solar energy and how SolarSquare’s solutions can drive both financial and environmental impact.Sales Meetings & Demos: Schedule and conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to engage interested prospects and facilitate the decision-making process.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term customers while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.CRM & Record-Keeping: Accurately track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM tools to maintain efficient communication and reporting.Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the Design and Business Development teams to refine lead conversion strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, or B2B lead generation, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or related industries.Sales Success: A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment, with recognition for outstanding performance.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to persuasively engage clients and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage leads and sales processes effectively.Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a results-driven approach to sales.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Solar Industry Knowledge (a plus): Experience or strong interest in solar energy, sustainability, and clean technologies is a valuable asset.Why Join SolarSquare?Impactful Work: Play a key role in promoting clean energy solutions that help businesses reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.Growth Opportunities: We provide a dynamic work environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.Collaborative Culture: Work with a passionate and supportive team dedicated to achieving success and driving innovation in the solar industry.Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career progression.
