About the role:We are seeking a versatile and detail-orientated graphic designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven expertise across marketing communications, brand design, learning content visualisation, and web interface graphics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals that drive campaigns, enhance learning experiences, and support our digital platforms.This role is ideal for a designer who combines creative precision with strategic thinking, thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and can manage multiple deadlines without compromising on design quality or brand alignment.Key responsibilities Brand & Visual Design Develop and maintain branded visual assets that align with the organisation’s identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, and environmental.Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, decks, 1-pagers, emailers, social media graphics, and event branding materials.Create compelling visuals for both internal and external communication channels — supporting campaigns, L&D programmes, product messaging, and company initiatives. Digital & Web Design Produce digital assets for the web, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads — optimised for performance and engagement.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design page layouts, banners, wireframes, and UI overlays using tools like Figma.Ensure all digital designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.Presentations & Learning Content Translate complex ideas, data, or learning material into clear, digestible visual formats such as infographics, learning decks, and story-driven presentations.Support the L&D and internal communications teams by designing impactful slide decks, workshop materials, and training collateral.Campaign & Event Support Contribute visual assets to marketing and product launch campaigns, growth experiments, and social initiatives.Design for events — both physical and virtual — including booth graphics, backdrops, signage, and giveaway branding.Assist with visual content for event promotions, teaser videos, or motion snippets in coordination with video editors.Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, product, L&D, and web teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that drive engagement and clarity.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, provide design input, and collaborate on cross-channel campaigns.Maintain version control and asset organisation to support a collaborative design workflow.Quality, Consistency & Growth Uphold visual consistency across all materials by maintaining and evolving brand style guides and component libraries (especially in tools like Figma).Take ownership of design quality and accuracy — ensuring all deliverables meet standards for usability, branding, and message clarity.Stay up to date with industry design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the visual quality and effectiveness of our communications. Qualifications and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within corporate communications, EdTech, or Learning & Development environments. A compelling and diverse portfolio showcasing strengths in both print and digital design — including marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and web assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma for UI layout design and Canva for rapid content creation. Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and brand consistency. Working knowledge of web design fundamentals, including creating responsive visual assets and collaborating with developers on HTML/CSS implementation. Experience designing event collateral such as booths, signage, banners, and branded materials for physical and virtual events. Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Exposure to motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
