The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, supervising construction work, and maintaining project schedules. The Site Supervisor will also be tasked with quality control, reporting progress to the project manager, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise.QualificationsProject Management, Construction Management skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and quality control standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansProficiency in MS Office and project management softwareRelevant certifications or licenses in construction or site supervision are an advantageBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPrevious experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role
