Looking for a Freelance C++ Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.There are multiple openings. You will report into IIT'ans/BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers).Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.Responsibilities:Develop software solutions in C++ and Rust to meet project requirementsDesign and implement efficient algorithms and data structuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityEnsure code quality through unit testing and continuous integrationTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues and software defectsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software developmentRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience (5-12 years) in software development with a focus on C++Experience with Rust.Solid understanding of distributed systems and network protocolsStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamGood communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearlyWhat we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 4yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
